| Friday, February 5 | Soups & Stews Soup for all seasons, the technique's for great broth and cream soups. Stews with poultry and a great vegetarian with unbelievable flavor. |

We will learn the nutritious way to make make treats and meals that they will love to eat and be healthier. Fun people food too. Taste of France The country that perfected that art of sauces, we will make some of them and apply them to different proteins and greens. |
