Painting

We then scrape and sand all bad areas; caulk all cracks, siding joints, windows, and doors. Then we re-nail all loose boards and loose nails.

Finally, we spray Sherwin Williams Duration coating, it is guaranteed for as long as you own your home!

When we install a new roof, we include removing and disposing of shingles, cleaning the work area, roof underlayment, ice/water shields, aluminum flashings, roof edges, vents, boots flashing, plastic cap nails, and shingles.

If any plywood needs to be replaced, we will show you the damaged areas before replacing. Our roofs are guaranteed for up to ten years depending on the roof quality you choose!

SIDING
Our vinyl siding comes in many different color combinations and trim options to customize your homes decor. It's warranty is five years for workmanship and all manufacturer's warranties apply!
